Returns & Refunds

We hope you adore each item you receive, but if not, we're here to assist!

Please be aware that items labeled "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, even if you send the item back to us.

Return Policy:

  • Returns for items not marked as final sale are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
  • All items must be returned in the original bag with attached labels and tags.
  • If eligible for a return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to the address provided via email.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment.
  • Items received after 30 days from the original order date, damaged/altered bags, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
  • Carmel reserves the right to review returned product requests to determine if it was a factory defect or "wear and tear" impairment.
  • Items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.
  • Carmel may assess a 15% restocking fee for items not returned in their original condition with tags attached and covering the bag.
  • Carmel does not accept returns or issue replacements for items purchased from third-party vendors. Please refer to the vendor's return policy.
  • Carmel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit or at the time of delivery.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed and credited.

For exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this moment.
